Orders and Payment

Payment Terms

  • Payment must be made at the time of ordering for delivery and takeaway orders
  • We accept major credit cards, debit cards, iDEAL, and cash (in-restaurant only)
  • All transactions are processed securely through our payment partners
  • Prices may change without notice, but changes will not affect confirmed orders

Cancellations and Refunds

  • Orders can be cancelled within 5 minutes of placement for a full refund
  • Once food preparation has begun, cancellations may not be possible
  • Refunds for quality issues will be assessed on a case-by-case basis
  • Refunds are typically processed within 5-10 business days

Delivery Services

Our delivery services are subject to the following conditions:

  • Delivery is available within our designated delivery zones in Den Haag
  • Minimum order values may apply for delivery orders
  • Delivery fees are calculated based on distance and displayed at checkout
  • Delivery times are estimates; actual times may vary due to traffic, weather, or high demand
  • You must be available to receive the delivery at the specified address

We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect address information provided by the customer. Please ensure your delivery details are accurate.

  • Quality complaints must be reported within 2 hours of delivery
